What the heck does "ethical" even mean?

Ethical can mean anything from sourced materials and fabrics, to labor standards, to hiring practices, to environmental impact. For us here at Moxie The Label we currently focus on fair working conditions for the people that make our products.

We care about our impact - the tees, tanks, hoodies, and hats we use are WRAP certified. Check out more about the certification here.

As we grow and expand our vision to create a positive impact means we'll be looking to use environmentally conscious shipping materials. Currently our poly bags are recyclable. We aim to use biodegradable shipping materials by the end of 2020. And we hope you will join us on this journey. Shipping

Our products take 2-7 business days to print.

Once shipped, shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Returns 

Unfortunately we do not accept returns, exchanges, or credits for wrong sizes.

For other issues we offer credit or exchange for the items original cost on a case-by-case basis.

Email contact@moxiethelabel.com with the email title "returns."

Please include:

  1. Order number.
  2. Photos of the product (if applicable).
  3. State the reason for returning.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will contact you by email. Please add us to your email address book to avoid having the email sent to your spam folder.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
